  Tabled twice already (May 12, May 19). Pct 1 Comm. Christina Drewry says the commission would force state agencies to consult before approving large developments. This is the leading test of how Smith County governs growth.

  Watch for 'R-1B' applications. The pattern: requests to downzone from mixed use or two-family to single-family-only quietly remove future missing middle.
